Job Responsibilities


  • - Strategic sourcing and cost control
  • - Accurate inventory record-keeping

  • - Relationship-building with trade and non-trade suppliers

Required Qualifications


  • - Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • - At least 2 years’ experience in a Purchasing, Logistics, administrative or operations-related role
  • - Meticulous and conscientious in the handling of business documents such as purchase orders, contracts, billing statements, etc.
  • - Knowledgeable in any application system (TAS), making P.O. , invoice and payment
  • - Must be flexible and can work with minimum supervision
  • - Very good negotiation and communication skills
  • - Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
