Job Responsibilities


  • - Conducting field work in a wide variety of communities, locations, and industries to assess business potential and to understand the logistical requirements for implementing special sales and marketing activities.
  • - Building strong relationships with community leaders, company officers, local government units, associations, government agencies, etc.
  • - Networking and liaising with a wide range of contacts to create a steady pipeline of business-building activities.
  • - Conceptualizing and implementing special sales and marketing events targeted at specific groups and locations.

Required Qualifications


  • - Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • - At least 3 years’ experience as an account executive or sales agent in consumer goods, beverages, personal care products, pharmaceuticals, insurance, direct sales, multi-level marketing, or similar industries
  • - Keen ability to spot opportunities, build relationships, and negotiate with people from all levels and backgrounds
  • - Thorough understanding of the needs, habits, and preferences of different communities and target markets
  • - Highly resourceful and creative, with strong entrepreneurial drive
  • - Flexible work schedule (including weekends and holidays, on occasion)
